Here at Terry's Cycles we pride ourselves on the quality of personal service and the products that we sell. We also back this up with what we believe to be the best possible cycle servicing around, with pricing and packages to meet everyones pockets and needs.
£20.00 Tune up.......this includes checking and adjusting the gears and brakes as necessary plus a full bike safety inspection. Note: Wheel true/tension and bearing adjustment/service is NOT included therefore the tune up is aimed at cycles which are generally in good condition but require work to improve performance between service intervals. Please note that untrue wheels can severely affect brake performance so it is advised to use our service option if wheels are not in good condition so as to avoid dissapointment.
£35.00 Service...... this includes full check and adjustment of the gears, brakes, and wheels, including true and tension, bearing adjustments (hubs, BB, and headset) and comprehensive safety check. Any accessories bought from us are usually fitted free of charge at the same time.
This is by far and away our most popular service, catering for the majority of cycles.
£70.00 Overhaul...... this includes all of the features of the £35 service PLUS stripping the bike back to bare frame and components. Every component is thoroughly cleaned, inspected and re-assembled with the correct lubricant for each application. Hubs are overhauled and the frame reamed and faced as required for correct fitment and prolonged life of headset and bottom bracket. Where appropriate disc mounts are also faced for best possible brake performance. As with the service any accessories bought from us will be fitted free of additional charge at the same time.
Suspension fork and shock servicing....... Price varies depending upon brand/model, but usually from £15 to £25 plus parts as required.
Individual jobs can also be carried out as required starting from as little as £4.00 labour, such as puncture repair, wheel true, frame prep, and accessory fitment.
